I know many youth now which endeavours to diet.
Today!!!
i would like to discus about how tO dIet the rIght Way..
heeeeheee..
sTep 1:-
-Establish and Set clear and acheivable goals:
> Task + Desired Result = GOAL< dr="GOAL." style="font-weight: bold;">
sTep 2:-
- Read The Labels On Food:
> Avoid foods that are high in sugar and fat <.
sTep 3:-
- Eat More Fruit or Vegatables:
> Fruits or Vegatables are good sources of vitamins, proteins and fiber <
> Fruits or Vegatables are a excellent substitute for unhealthy
foods like potato chips or cookies <.
sTep 4:-
- Eat Small Meals Throughout the Day:
> Do not eat 2 or 3 large meals a Day. Instead eat small meals throughout the day <.
sTep 5:-
- Eat Breakfast Every Day:
> If there is one meal you eat a day, it better be Breakfast.
Breakfast starts your metabolism up..
Not eating in the morning will fool your body into thinking it's starving <
> Eat within 40 minutes of waking up <.
sTep 6:-
- Eat a wide variety of food from meal to meal.
sTep 7:-
- Drink Plenty of Water:
> By Drinking plenty of Water, you'll be given a added boost to your diet or weight lost <.
sTep 8:-
- Eat When You Are Hungry:
> Do not become an emotional eater <
> Don't eat just because or when your sad, mad, happy, bored, excited, scared, or just for fun. Eat Only when you are truly hungry <.
sTep 9:-
- Exercise:
> Try to get at least 40 minutes of exercise at least three or four days per week <
> Try swimming, running, going on hikes, playing sports, or even cycling <.
sTep 10:-
- Stop Drinking Alcohol:
> Alcohol disturbs the bodies ability to burn fat and are high in calories <
> If you drink 3 glasses of alcohol drink 9 more glasses of water then
you normally will in order to hydrate your body <.
If you follow this step, InsyaAllah you will succeed in diet. hahaaa..)=p

i think this information it's good to apply in our life..cos it's proved by the writer..he3, if you all want good life and look slim..try this at home..ok see you again..

salam....are sure to talk about diet rihanah??hahah...i can't beleived it.but your are the right person to talk about this.hahah..not me or fauzi.hahaha...to all my friends, please try this anywhere..dont just try this at home like fikry said.hahaha...you makes a wrong direction fikry.might be, you will not become slim anymore because you are more slim than us.hahaha
