FIND A LEADER OF UMMAH

To understand features that a leader should have, Khilafah Urrasyidin appointment's sermon should be made as guide in leader election.

ABU BAKAR R.A

In his appointment sermon, after saying praise of Allah and selawat to Rasul, he said:

Oh human!

I had being made a caliph gentlemen. If I do well please help me. On the other hand if I deviate please do guide me. Truth was trust and lie is sabotage. Weak person between you is strong for me until his authority I return to him; and strong people among you, were weak in my opinion until I take return from her rights of people grabbed by him, insyaAllah.

Do not anyone between you leave jihad, because something race who left jihad, Allah will bring upon humility to them. Obey at me for as long as I obey Allah; When I betraying God, duty to obey me at you are no more. Allah would give his blessing to you'.

This short speech presenting clearly political guideline will be conducted; explanation duty and people's rights, by guarantee are freedom to oppress your opinion. Emphasized also that cruel persons strength will not be able frighten its pursuant to justice and obedience to Allah. This also show obedience condition people to him.

"and gives to them an example that the world life like which rainfall we (Allah) reduces from the sky, then plants on earth becoming fertile, further wither flew wind. Almighty Allah on all of its creation. Property and child is decoration of world life, whereas pious charity will remain is better beside your God, even best hope" (al-Kahfi:45 46).
