I want to share something with all of you hopefully able we stare together because each what enjoined by Allah be the benefits. Bow relieved respiratory system .Perhaps many among unconscious Muslims on various hidden meaning when bow. In case, we should realise that not even one Allah creation and instruction s.w.t. vain, even each the creation have the inside track which usually not obtainable human mind. Human doing bow within two form, namely bow physical such as when prayed and bow spiritual shaped obedience to Allah's bidding s.w.t. and distance his prohibition. Theologian said bow when pray is human time closest with Allah s.w.t. and they encourage we prostrate older. Between other meaning bow is relieve respiratory system and restore organ position to place originally. Breathe when bow also can be:
• correct outer kidney position some from place originally.
• palliative dysmenorrhea when menstruation
• relieve lungs of tension.
• analgesic for patient appendix or spleen.
• position bow is best to rest and steady rear radius body.
• give encouragement so that easy to sleep.
• the muscular movement make his muscle is stronger and elastic, by automatic ensure good blood travel smoothness.
• reduce obesity.
• most important organ namely human brain received many blood supply and oxygen
• avoid brain hemorrhage if suddenly accept blood pumping to brain by strong and sudden and evaded blood vessel illness etc.

Psychologically also, bow make we feel humble before Allah s.w.t instantly scrape arrogant nature, ripple, boastful etc. Medically, effect bow old will increase blood flow strength to brain could prevent headache and migraine, refreshing brain and sharpen mind ' idea instantly strengthen some mentality. According study, there were some sinew nerve in human brain that does not broke in blood whereas each human brain inch need enough blood to run by normal and perfect.
